Your records, reports, and proof history stay in Evidara even if you remain on the Free plan.

- Can I use Evidara outside Zimbabwe?
- Yes. Evidara is available across all 55 African Union countries for merchant signup and local-currency record keeping where a valid ISO 4217 currency exists.
- Can I record sales in my local currency?
- Yes. Business records use the supported currency for your selected country. Paid subscriptions are currently billed in USD through Stripe.
- How are subscriptions billed?
- Paid plans are currently billed in USD through Stripe. Local checkout options are planned for future payment upgrades.
- Will you support Paystack, M-Pesa, or mobile money checkout?
- Local subscription payment options are planned and disabled until reviewed. For now, Evidara focuses on reliable business records, proof history, and business activity reports.
- What happens if I stop paying?
- Your records, reports, and proof history stay in Evidara. Your account returns to the Free plan limits.
- How long until my records are easier to review?
- Many reviewers prefer to see consistent records over time. A good target is at least 90 days of clean sales, payment, stock, and debt history.
- Can I export my data if I leave?
- Yes. You can download your Business Health Report as a PDF and use the basic record exports (CSV or Excel, where available on your plan) from the reports area in the app. We are expanding export options as the platform grows.
